All the barley in. Proprietary secrets to beat Hell and they’ll have my guts for garters if the slurphouse bunch ever reads this, it’s a hotshit new cultivar based on the old two seed-row head that’ll take late (Spring) sowing and still yield, and brews as well as the parent variety. Two-row is the oldest barley, usually a Fall-sown crop. Even here in Minnesota the oldtime Germans used to bring in enough Winter barley in protected spots to malt, and those Winters were tough!
