Because I am really conservative — because I am in fact really and objectively an American conservative — therefore I know that there is absolutely no one and nothing whatever in the whole World to be afraid of.
No one “out there”.
And no thing.
After all, first, last and always, as an American conservative I am simply and plainly and, therefore, calmly always right.
At all times and in all places and in all cases.
As a real American conservative, I am simply and unashamedly right about everything.
Because I am an American conservative and therefore really and truly right about everything, this means that I am simply right about all of our momentary political concerns, too.
As an American conservative, I really do know that there is nothing to get worked up about; this is because the Future absolutely is on my side.
So I for one don’t “have to be” afraid.
Not of any thing or any one.
From the Constitution to the Liberty & Responsibility of everyone in this country, at every point of the compass my objective American conservative opinions indeed are the only correct opinions.
As a real American conservative after all I just plain can not be wrong.
That is the gift of self-confidence — it is completely scientific — that being a real American conservative alone can give.
There is no panic over “illegal” Mexicans or made-for-Tee Vee airplane bomb hoaxes or “Big Government” health care scams that can hold a candle to that one solid fact.
The unassailable and eternal and absolute power of my values and beliefs as an actual, living, breathing American conservative — and the sure Absolute Knowledge of the Future that I derive from these — entirely guarantee the wellbeing forever in the World of both America and Liberty.
So it logically follows that none of this other “stuff” is worth the attention of any truly American conservative man or woman in this country.
These weak angry people have always been with us, and the solution remains as always one-by-one to arrest, jail and if need be execute individual perpetrators of outrageous horrors; but, everlasting police problems such as this in no case justify any new departures in to Big Excitement & Big Invasions of any other countries.
Still less should we take fits and wreck the Constitution over it.
Most of the people who came in to this country in the last four hundred-some years simply came here, they went to work, saved money and often as not went back for their relatives; just like the Mexicans, too, mostly they came out of exhausted societies and political systems. And, like the Mexicans no doubt will do in their turn, if we just calm down about it, they made out alright in the end.
“Big Government” health care?
The real task of conservatism, and not the illiterate Tee Vee “conservativism” of America’s Most God-Awful Generation, is to keep on campaigning calmly and confidently against such ideas, and voting out in all such cases our perfectly sincere but generally wrong liberal friends and neighbors; as a real conservative naturally I realize, also, that liberal Americans are our fellow citizens, regardless of their motives and purposes. This means as well that they are entirely worthy of our love and protection; after alljust as much as we do, our liberal friends, neighbors and family also love this country, it is just that they are not emotionally stable and sensible about economics:
Therefore there is no need — none at all — it is just like high school! — for the disgusting name-calling and insults in politics that are the only (!) real danger to this country and this Constitution.
The actual objective American conservative point — this is the beating heart of America! — is that first of all, and last of all, we are all in this together….
And, that if we dare any longer to keep on forgetting that we are in this together, we are then more dangerous to ourselves than any foreign enemy ever can be.
Therefore, as an oldtime Goldwater campaigner and a libertarian American conservative, in this election I promise that I will run out next Tuesday and vote at every point of the compass for the candidates of the Democrat party.
Not because any Democrat by definition ever possibly could be right about anything whatsoever.
But because, as a real American conservative — I have already told you the truth — I am simply right in every one of my dispassionate, manly and altogether completely adult, grownup, opinions.
So..I am right to do this, now, too.
Anyone who is a real American knows that now is the time to bring America back together, and that the only way now is throw our vote to these Democrat halfwits; the Future is on our side, regardless, and so for the sake of the country we can not afford not to be big about this.
So much so that, in fact, if you disagree with me at any point of the compass about any of this, then not only are you really not conservative, but instead…
If you do not as a real American conservative, like me, go and do just like me on Tuesday…
YOU stand revealed in front of God, the Devil and Jesus Christ boiling in Hell, and everybody else, AS an utter God-damn fool, you are a HOPELESS emotional excitement-case AND you ARE destroying America.
As the old white South African Dutchman said, when quizzed about apartheid:
“Am I right, or am I right?”
