‘I say it’s spinach…and I say to Hell with it!’
by B Wook
‘Our’ objective destruction is assured by a random evolutionary process; it resides in the accumulating environmental contradictions that confront any ‘successful’ species.
As a statistical matter, Nature so to speak has ‘tried on’ a rather flawed cerebral cortex in our persons & a certain capacity of abstraction [fear & worship of things unseen or invisible, eg — ed].
Any gains made by Nature through such an organic structure of course might be retained at least for a time in the universe, if ‘we’ were to go on collecting the data of ‘our’ demise & squirting it on out into space via an ensemble of radio-signals; and, if somehow the computers built by Nature with ‘our’ opposable thumbs could assimilate at least elements of the human ‘personality’.
To ‘me’, though & in any case, much more of this existence ‘as we are’ is simply no longer worth the misery of our half-baked selves OR the existence around us.
Make no mistake, I AM saying that to ‘me’, now, all of the art & culture of human being is no longer worth the hopeless (NB) agony of even one more creature of any species.
